- All backup/reserve officers/squad leaders may function as squad leaders for additional factional coordination.
- All positions are responsible for faction tactics, missions, and coordination.
- All positions must be willing to communicate the success or failure of missions/objectives to fellow faction players and event staff.
- All players in Officer or Squad Leader positions must have an operational radio.
