You can still limit the ROF even in semi, if your full auto settings are set for 15 RPS then when in semi auto you will still be maxed at 15RPS even if you can pull your trigger faster you will only get 15RPS. I know that indoor places are semi auto only, maybe I wasn't very clear what I actually meant. I also agree that it has nothing to do with the gun, it is the lame player that causes the problem.
