Airsoft Michigan to Canada
« on: March 18, 2017, 09:17:11 AM »
Hey I was just wondering, if there was an event in Canada and I would want to take my equipment (gun, chest rig, raidos, and stuff) to said event what would I have to do to not be detained or have them confiscated? There isn't an event I was just wondering incase there is one.

From what I understand Canada has some weird FPS rules and generally firearms rules in general. I would take the same approach to Canada as I would overseas and that is I'd buy/rent a gun once I got there rather than trying to bring something with. It may be possible, but I doubt it's worth the headaches.

Alternatively you could contact some guys who are attending an event via a forum etc, and see if they have a gun you can borrow and offer to reciprocate if they ever end up down in your area. Not everyone would be up for that sort of deal, but someone like myself with allot of guns that I'm constantly lending out I certainly wouldn't mind letting someone from say Canada use one of my guns.
