Look around local surplus stores and often you'll find the M1 helmets for a ton cheaper. I bought mine a few years ago for $64, though be warned it weighs a couple of pounds so long term use is exhausting. But the protection as well as the look and feel are worth it.

Looking to get some better radio equipment. Right now I own a radio shack 21-1915 and would like to find something better. Prefer Motorola but baofeng and other brands will work. I'm in southwestern Michigan and I'm hoping to buy from a store, not wait weeks for something to ship. Not trying to sound picky but would like to know how to use it before cracking sky. Thanks

If anything look at the APS gas powered shotgun, its a gas shell powered, shell ejecting design. Maybe there's a way to get that to work with a masterkey kit.  There have been multiple iterations of the APS system, if the masterkey is just a fantasy, I'd hold out.  I wouldn't be surprised if APS or another company ends up offering a masterkey type under barrel attachment/kit using this system in the future.
I'm thinking of just buying the shotgun and creating a custom mounting attachment from my replica to the shotgun. It's not shell ejecting so I won't need to worry about that and how it's set up I can carry a shell pouch for it on my stock. Just need to find a MIG Welder.

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm wondering if anyone knows if a tri-shot underbarrel shotgun exists. I saw a masterkey setup on evike but has been discontinued. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
