I have found instances of the VFC M&P 9c which I have been thinking of buckling down and saying "close enough" since it's kind of a middle ground between my two dailies

Had a few different lame video game inspired ideas at the time. That one was for a double on-the-back harness inspired by DMC/MGS for dual-wield pistols. Decided cost of materials alone was a bit much for a niche AS build

I seem to recall a similar discussion way back when you first started dabbling with leather and I was looking for oddball AS holster rig configurations...
I keep wanting to try palm in but it feels so awkward initially. Part of why I am looking for a GBB close-enough so I can practice around the house before committing to a formed-and-fit holster.

Yeah I pretty much have that problem with my RS as well. Haven't found anything made for the .45 in specific so it's either 9/40 or universal. I can't even find any mags locally!

Palm in or palm out? Have been using a generic universal holster (holsterking) for the last couple years so that could be half my problem but there doesn't seem to be a market for the shield 45 at all. It's a bit too snug in the 9mm/40 stuff

My carry is an M&P Shield in .45 and my "Jeep carry" is an M&P mid (also in .45). Slide/barrel of a compact but frame/mag of a full size. Love the thing!
However, am looking for some feedback from fellow slender folks. How do you carry? I usually do a 5:00-5:30 since it seems to be the closest I can get to a happy medium on conceal/comfort/range of movement but it's still not terribly practical

It's still the top post so screw necro-bump. Since I went dark a few years ago there may be a couple folks curious as to what I have been up to. Did an 8 year stint with Uncle Sam's Army where I went from Artillery to Signal (IT). After I got out I set up roots in CO where I am an IT contractor to Uncle Sam's Air Force Warfare Center.
I am also a professional Dad with my current squad sitting at 4 (that's right, had another one 3 years ago next month)

GAS / GBB M&P Shield?

I know this is kind of a dead sub, but I have been out of the loop for even longer. Has anyone produced any GBB M&P Shield replicas? My EDC is a Shield .45 and I would like a GBB to help maintain muscle memory for when I can't make it to an actual range.
